I'm Josh Pake, a resident of State College since 2013. I've been helping first time home buyers secure their first home since 2020.

I remember buying my first house and having no clue what I was doing. Buying a house for most is the largest purchase they will ever make and I want to help buyers make the best decision they can while also taking as much stress out of the process as possible.

In my spare time I like playing with my kids, getting in a round of disc golf or playing board games. I'm also a fan of all things Star Wars.
